Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your products, but if there is a problem with your order, please get in touch within 14 days of your purchase.

​

We offer a 30-day return policy for customers based in the UK as per UK regulations.

​

In terms of our services - being yoga classes and workshops - we are unable to refund you for workshops or yoga subscriptions. However you are welcome to transfer your workshop to someone else provided you let us know more than 3 days before the workshop starts, with the new person's name and email address. It is your responsibility to find a replacement person and to advise us of the change by emailing roberta@astangayogahere.com.

 

You may also email us at the above address if you wish to change the day or time of your workshop, provided there is space left in your intended new booking time and if it is more than 3 days before the first day of a workshop.

Yoga classes booked with a subscription may be changed by the bookers themselves online at the website.

 

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
 

If you live in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

 

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Advice about your product return

If you return items, please ensure they are securely packaged and addressed clearly. We cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit so you may wish to use a traceable delivery service for the items you return.

​

Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable.

​

Refunds are processed within 10 working days of the date we receive your returned goods, providing the goods are in their original condition. Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

​

After we receive your item, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

​
